I guess I got it off easily, Lol. My prom date, all she got was a corsage, a meal and a kiss.

$100.00 gift I say is a little over the top. There must be a reason for a watch.

I say if you want to give a gift give something that you made yourself or a book etc. My preference is a Study Bible with his name engraved on the front.

Kelly where were you when I had my prom? Maybe it is different in your neck of the woods but for me an expensive gift cheapens the date it seems to me like a payoff for taking you out.

I know at your age everything seems over your head and this is a special time of your life. Think things through. It is ok to give a guy a gift but he may feel awkward if does not give you one of equal or greater value.

Maybe you are a rich girl and expensive gifts are all you know. Life is more than things.
